FALCON™ Biomass is a powerful, always-on biomass estimation unit that provides key information about average weight, distribution, and growth trends to improve fish farming operations.
I was in charge of the mobile app. I defined the architecture and flows, than designed the final screens under the SenseHub guidelines.

Our Focus- The Site Worker
Works on offshore salmon pens, moving between them by boat.
Performs daily checks on fish health and equipment.
Needs to log observations directly at the pen.
Challenged by gloves, wet conditions, and poor connectivity.
Requires fast, simple, offline-ready tools that reduce reliance on memory or paperwork.

Manages a specific sites, give the fish farmers their tasks.
Usually works on desktop, needs access and control when on site.
By default- sees an overview of all pens on site
Company Manager
Owner of the company, has a high level view of the whole operation.
Rarely uses app, mostly works on desktop to make sure everything is functioning well.
Has an overview of all sites in company, can drill down all the way to sites and pens.
MSD Admin
part of Falcon product team (sales/ operations/ user support/ product)
Use the app for installations or technical support
Can see all companies using the product and drill down into each.

Falcon Mobile established a clear, field-ready structure for on-site work. Essential data was surfaced in a focused dashboard, navigation was streamlined into a simple drill-down model, and the interface was designed to stay readable in motion and usable with gloves. This foundation allows site workers to access the information they need quickly and reliably while moving between pens.
